Congratulations to our 2011 Valley Fusion Tournament Winners:

The 16U Valley Fusion team won the 'Summer Finale' tournament held July 30-31 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania! The tournament included 47 teams from 9 different States, including 16 teams in the 16U bracket. The 16U Fusion beat the #1 seed Mystic Blue, a team from Mount Laurel, New Jersey, 4-0 in the championship game!

The 14U Valley Fusion team won the 16U Central Valley Fastpitch League Tournament Championship held July 30-31 in Southington. The Fusion defeated the Southington Lightning in the championship game by a score of 5-2. The win was the third straight tournament championship for the Fusion's 14U team.

The 14U Valley Fusion travel team also won the CT. Raiders Summer Ruckus Tournament July 23-24 weekend in Meriden, defeating the Tradition in the championship game by a score of 5-3. The win was the second straight tournament championship for the Fusion's 14U team.

The Valley Fusion 14U team started their streak of three consecutive tournament championships by winning the Summer Sizzler Tournament on July 16 and 17 in Prospect, CT. - a.k.a. "Our House!" The 14U team defeated the Empire State Huskies Blue in the tournament finale by a score of 6 to 3. Fusion outscored its opponents 32 to 7 during its Saturday and Sunday games! Test Line.
